Todd Arthurs Holdings, LLC (TAH) is one of 3 affiliated company entities under the same ownership. TAH manages and operates our owned real estate including our 264,000 SF Kentucky Distribution Center with two tenants and the proposed triple-tenant 263,500 SF project in Pittston Township, PA. We are uniquely qualified to serve industrial warehouse tenants because we too operate in similar spaces.
The original company, Alpine Home Air Products that started in 2002, became the first company to sell heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality products online from Illinois.
Since then, we have proudly served hundreds of thousands of wonderful customers, helping them save time and money buying their products directly. Todd Arthurs Holdings, LLC, Todd Arthurs Company, Inc., and Everest Companies, LLC are privately held affiliated companies that collectively sell and distribute heating and cooling products directly to homeowners and installers along with property and real estate management services. The consolidated company generates $100 million of revenue, has over 100 employees, and operates 3 warehouses (owned and leased) totaling over 484,000 square feet. The company owns and operates two websites found at alpinehomeair.com (our e-commerce business) and yellowsupply.com (our distribution/warehousing business).
The primary mission of our distribution centers is to ship ordered products to our customers in the quickest and most affordable way possible. Each distribution center has customer-facing capabilities for local customer product pick-up. Creating inviting and friendly experiences at each facility is important to our business and culture.
