The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance held a Networking Reception on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at The Woodlands Inn, 1073 Highway 315, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. The Reception was attended by over 250 business and community leaders from around the region.
During the Reception, NEPA presented the NEPA Alliance Regional Leadership Award. The award is presented to an agency, group or individual demonstrating a significant contribution to regional growth, development or cooperation within the seven county NEPA region. This year's award recipient was Phil Condon, CEO, Condron Sweda Advertising, for his contribution to the regional economy and involvement in the regional community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Upon receiving the award Condron related, “Working with the talented and dedicated NEPA Alliance team as a board member and board officer has enabled me to appreciate how effectively the organization supports businesses and communities in our region. There are numerous NEPA staff stars and volunteer heroes who advance area economic development. I’m honored to work with them."
